On December 23rd, 2022 we took 100 kids including students from Lorah Park Elementary, Brent Wright Leadership Academy, Julia's Kids and Lighthouse for the Blind to Walmart for a Holiday shopping spree. This marked 13 years of one of our most cherished traditions.
Each child was gifted a $200 Walmart gift card and groceries from Grace Foods and Joshua's Heart Food Bank. Udonis and our team helped each child pick out what they wanted most for the holidays across the entire Walmart store. Following their shopping spree, they also received arcade credits at at Fun Dimension.
We are very grateful to all of our partners including Cigna, Walmart and The Miami Heat for helping us make this year's initiative a success. We are looking forward to next year! See our home page for how to donate and volunteer for next year.
