The Udonis Haslem Foundation launched an initiative to give back to the most impactful minority-owned small businesses in Miami. Small businesses create two thirds of new jobs and we saw this initiative as a way to make a great positive impact in the community. After 4 months of accepting applications, 60+ qualified applicants that made for hours of deliberation, these two winners took home checks for $50,000 to grow their businesses.
